Simple Self-Healing Anyone Can Learn, No Attunements Required
A tool to help us cope with stress is essential, especially during difficult times, so I am offering a low-cost class to teach very simple self-healing practice that anyone can do.
No attunements are needed for this practice and you do not need Reiki training to do it. The class video will only take you 20 minutes, after which you will know how to help yourself reduce tension in your body and stress. There is a downloadable audio you can keep as well.
This easy-to-do self-healing practice will help you reducing stress, overwhelm, and bringing peace to your body and mind. You can use this as a simple daily practice, or even more often as you may need it. It only takes about 5 minutes, and requires no special tools or reituals, so it's simple to incorporate into our everyday lives. You will also learn how to easily apply the practice to your immediate family.
When we are able to reduce our physical, mental, and emotional stress, pain levels often go down, we feel uplifted and more resilient. It helps us to think with greater clarity and calm to get through difficult times.
